This is a quality made washer cutter, for cutting round washers, both inside and outside diameter in 1 cut. It is not marked by the maker. It is made to fit your brace. It measure 3.5" wide closed, 1" is the minimum inside diameter and 6" is the maximum outside diameter. The main casting is 5" long overall. This is very nicely made tool, with separate adjustment for each cutter, in very good used condition. Very nice, very sharp, ready to use!
