ANtique VIctorian Wedding Cake Knife UNUSUAL Carvings

Unavailable
I am sure the symbols on this relate to something in the family's history who owned this at one time, but I am not sure what they mean. This has carvings on one side that almost look astrological with fleur de lis (devotion, emblem of France, Holy Trinity, faith, wisdom, chivalry, royalty) the symbols. Tjos jas grapes on the handle on both sides and is marked May 5, 57 ( 1857). It is really heavy and has a serrated edge ( a cake knife is serrated, as a straight blade could ruin the crumb of the cake) This measures 12" long and is in great condition. I am not sure of the silver content, but I do not see any silver loss if that helps. Imagine the great Karma that must come with this gorgeous old knife?
