A charming English Victorian burr walnut and inlaid coffee table with hand carved solid walnut base, circa 1870 in date.

There is no mistaking this is the work of a master craftsman which is certain to become a treasured addition to your antique furniture collection, not to mention the proud centrepiece in your reception room.

The table top is oval in shape and of fabulous quality burr walnut, which is typicalof the Victorian period, and it has been beautifully inlaid with marquetry decoration and crossbanding.

The base has been hand carved from solid walnut. It has four carved cabriole legs each with it's original porcelain castor. The foliate carving on the base has been beautifully done.
