The top of this beautiful little pin is made of a gold metal crescent shape with pink, blue and white enamel flowers. Hanging from it with fancy flat link chains on each side is a child die cast in copper hanging from a swing. The chains are welded to the back of the girl's hands. Pink, blue and white enamel flowers are on each side of the child.
