A fantastic antique early Victorian mahogany dining table and set of ten arrowback chairs, comprising eight chairs and two armchairs.

An extremely rare opportunity to own an English Antique Victorian dining room table, circa 1870 in date.

This table seats ten diners in comfort and would also be ideal for use as a conference table.

It is in solid mahogany with three original leaves that can be added as required. The mahogany is a beautiful colour, achieved by many years of sunlight, and the grain has wonderful flame markings, typical of the best quality mahogany which was used in the very best quality early Victorian dining tables.It has a winding mechanism to open and close it and stands on its original brass and porcelain castors

The chairs shown in the photographs are Victorian style Arrowback dining chairs. They are large and comfortable and the high backs ensure that they look fantastic around the table. They are in fantastic condition as they have been restored and reupholstered.

I purchased this from an antique dealer in Exeter and they bought it in Somerset from a beautiful house.
