Antique Solid Oak Dresser with Swing Beveled Mirror
This American Antique Solid Oak Dresser with Swing Beveled Mirror, circa 1900, is a classic piece. Constructed out of solid oak with paneled sides and a paneled back, the dresser has an elegant attached swing mirror with the original beveled glass, and is framed with decorative applied carvings on its crest and also on its arms. The two over two drawers have the original embellished brass key escutcheons, the original attractive brass decorative handles, and the two smaller top drawers have a curved projection that seem to give the chest another dimension. Previous owner's had the dresser refinished quite some time ago so it is not in the original finish.
