Antique Silvered Round Glass Dresser Box

This antique round covered dresser jar in brilliant blue glass features silvered and enamelled decoration and a transfer-printed image of a cherub with bird delivering a letter. It measures 5" across and 3" high and weighs 11 oz. Condition is excellent, with no visible cracks or chips or repairs. This item comes from an impressive collection of antique Bohemian and French glass numbering over 150 items. It resides with our client on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York city, and may be seen by appointment.
