They don't come better than this!! Made by Martin Hall & Co., a firm founded in 1854 according to my research. The Mark was in use between 1866-1936. It can be seen when removing the egg caddy from the basket by means of the 2 screws pictured. I would date its manufacture to c1890-1900. The total number of pieces comprising this fabulous egg server is 14. The woven basket, the attached caddy, 6 egg cups & 6 spoons. Everything is in pristine condition! The eggs pictured appear to be somewhat over- sized. I only had large ones at hand. The ideal size would have been medium.
