This is an antique victorian souvenir plate depicting the New High School, Butler PA. The plate blank was imported from Austria by Wheelock, IL then decorated and sold by A. Troutman's Sons, Butler, PA. The plate measures 6 inches in diameter, has a hand colored design on transfer with a gold shamrock border. The plate is in very good condition with slight gold wear and 1 scratch to the design.
