Antique Minton's NeoGothic Majolica Tile

$185.00
Quantity available: 1
Wonderful seven-color majolica tile with the back marked "Minton & Co." which dates from (though probably manufactured by the firm when it was known as Minton Hollins & Co.) in a neogothic design. Fabulous glaze colors laid out in a symmetrical design surrounding the central passion-flower in fabulous red and burgundy; the tile is .5" thick. Condition is excellent with a small left edge nick at the at the lower corner that is original to the tile as it has been glazed over; very little wear otherwise. Excellent glossy finish.
