Antique Leather & Silk Travel Case for Ties

Antique leather folding travel case for ties or scarves, with integrated brass hanger and snap closure. The textured brown leather case is lined on the interior with gold silk moire. The built-in hanger flips up and the hanging hook rotates so that the case can be hung on a rod or a wall hook. The 2 leather straps at the bottom unsnap and resnap to hold the bottoms of the ties or scarves securely for travel. The case measures approximately 14 inches by 6.25 inches by .75 inches, when folded. There is a gold-stamped "R" TRADEMARK in a shield by the outside snap. The case is in good condition. The gold silk moire is in excellent condition; the leather shows more wear, particularly around the edges, the fold, and the strap closure; there is a bit of leather binding missing from the top right corner and some separation of the layers in that corner.
