SOLD Exceptional Antique 19th century Indo Persian Islamic Mughal dagger Khanjar. DETAILS: A curved double edged sturdy steel blade with central ridge, with an elaborated chiseled silver ferrule, a hardwood grip carved with a horse mane, beautifully sculptured silver horses head pommel, chiseled with fine detail, with eyes inlaid in red enamel. In its leather covered wooden scabbard with silver chape.
CONDITION: In good condition overall, some pitting to the blade and minor wear.
MEASUREMENTS: Overall length in the scabbard: 38 cm (15 in).
