Here we have a chest or steamer trunk that appears to have been restored. The tin on the outside is painted and the medallions are all in place and in great shape. The wood trim appears to be oak and has a dark finish on it. There are leather handles on each end and the interior is in great shape. There is a large lift out tray with divided compartments. Be sure to check out the pictures below for all the great details on this piece. I do not know the maker or exact date it was made. This piece is antique and will not be perfect. This piece measures 23 ¾ inches tall, 31 ¼ inches side to side and 18 inches front to back. It weighs 47 pounds. We do have more photographs that we can email if you are interested.
