Antique Gilt Bronze Alabaster Centerpiece Dish
Description: Antique Alabaster Dish with Gilt Bronze Mounts. The circular dish has a gilt-bronze rim and base with three paw supports. The alabaster is nicely aged with attractive coloring and veins. A nice centerpiece. Dimensions: 2-1/2" High, 12" Diameter. Weight: 5-1/2 lbs. Condition: The alabaster has a few cracks. On the bronze mounts the gilding is worn away in many places, and there are surface scratches and tarnishing. One paw support is mounted a little askew. Structurally, though, the piece is in good condition.
