What a wonderful old piece this is with the hand repousse work and the two coin fobs that hang from it! Tussie mussies were used to hold a single flower in a lapel or buttonhole and are very collectible. This one is the oldest one I have seen and it measures 1 2/3 tall. This has its original C clasp and other then a light polishing is in very good condition. I am not sure of the gold content.
