Antique European Cameo Necklace Bracelet MUST

One is not born a woman, one becomes one, & with the lovely carvings of a cameo from a romantic time gone by, you can be the most eloquent woman among them all ! This is one of the prettiest silver lacework cameo SETS I have seen. The open back glass stones are pink as in a ruby colored and are hand faceted. The CANNETILLE metal work is really amazing with layers of lace. CANNETILLE (A type of wirework decoration popular during the early 19th century, which uses coiled and twisted wire to achieve a delicate and scrolling effect) is an art itself and if you look closely you can see the spider web thin metal that was woven to form these delectable pieces! I believe some of the pieces are steel cut because you can see the silver nail heads on the florette. The first photo is to give you an idea of how beautiful this would look on. The necklace is 16" long around the neck with an additional 2"" drop . The cameos on all the pieces are real. The bracelet is a work in itself with the ornate bar pin clasp. It measures 7" long and 1" wide. The cameo is set into a rich filigree setting. Remember these were not done by machine and the work that was involved was not only time consuming , but lovingly made. NO two pieces were ever the same. This is an exquisite set !
