Outstanding tile from an early series by Minton Hollins of butterflies overglaze painted in nine colors. Tile is in excellent/very good condition with some color loss, particularly of the pale green and rose in the border; edges in good shape with small nick right edge toward top and underglaze nick in gold border at top as shown.
