One of 33 designs registered by the Henry Ollivant Etruscan tile works at Cliffe Vale, Stoke on Trent, England c. 1900-1906, depicting a purple thistle rising from an emerald green and lavender leaf on a deep claret red field. The tile is in very good condition some edge nicks mainly at bottom and some surface wear as shown; still a very bright and glossy finish. Please write with any questions you may have.
