Chinese Neolithic age Period Machang phase of Majiayao culture (ca.2300-2000 BC) double-handled jar made of buff-red earthenware painted in brown pigment in geometric designs.
MEASUREMENTS: Height: 12.5 cm (4 7/8 in). Width: 14.6cm (5 3/4 in).
CONDITION: minor chips to the rim as one would expect from pottery close to 4000 years old, otherwise in good condition.
