Antique art deco sterling citrine fancy ring with pierced filigree

This is such a fabulous setting for this old art deco marquise ring. The long claws that hold the stone are like fine little hands that clench this stone for safe keeping. The setting is 7/8" long and the ring is a size 5. It weighs 4.2 grams. It is marked sterling ion the inside band which is a little out of round. The stone has some wear but considering its age, it is a wonder it still has the original stone. Quite beautiful with lots of detailing on the sides, this is a really pretty ring setting.
