Antique American Indian hand-made wooden bead loom, used for making beaded jewelry, pouches, armbands, and other beaded items. Wooden bead looms were used primarily during the late 1800's. This wonderful primitive item is constructed of wood with nails and wooden pegs. It features a roller with 17 nail heads at one end and a horizontal wood piece with 37 notches at the other end along with a large metal hook. There is a large notch on each side near the roller, with one notch area broken off. This traditional piece measures approximately 3.5 inches high, 20 inches long, and 5.5 inches wide. It is in good condition, intact except for the broken notch. Please refer to the 4 photographs for appearance and condition. Shipping / handling will be $10.50.
