Authentic antique Chinese Bronze Sword, Warring States Period (475 BC 221 BC) 5th - 3rd Century BC ". A rare and a fine bronze sword with straight double-edged blade and fully developed sold hilt with two bands on the grip. This types high qualities manufactured sword belonging to the high-ranking officers or nobleman well balanced for cutting and stabbing as a practical close combat weapon.
CONDITION: the sword is broken and repaired, covered with dark green patina with the areas of deterioration. The blade it is still sharp and it showing its age and usage.
MEASUREMENTS: overall length: 43 cm (16 7/8 in), length of the blade: 33, 5cm (13 1/8 in) width of blade at widest point: 4,5cm (1 ¾ in)
