For Sale is a lovely piece of Depression Glass made by The Anchor Hocking Glass Company of Lancaster, Ohio. The item is a Mayfair Cookie Jar bottom and it is done in the Rare "Ice Blue Color". The Cookie Jar stands 5 1/2" tall and is 6 1/4" diagonal measurements.

This is one of the Hardest Colors to find in the Mayfair pattern. The Cookie Jar is considered to be in excellent condition as there are no cracks, chips or dings. The only issue to report is a Flea nick along the inside rim. This is very minor and does not affect value. The Bottom shows minor wear along the ring where it sits.

The piece is unsigned but has the tell tale sign of the off center ring on the bottom proving its provenance. This is a wonderful piece to add to you Mayfair Collection. This piece was made Circa 1931-1937.

If I had the lid this piece would be worth $325. Since I only have the larger bottom piece I am asking a very reasonable price for this lovely item in excellent condition
