Beautifully engraved Certificate from the famous American Dual Vest Fund issued in 1967-1970. This historic document was printed by the Columbian Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of and allegorical man and woman. This item has the printed signatures of the company's officers and is over 30 years old. AMERICAN DUALVEST FUND INC. (DE) Income Preferred Shares $13.80 par called for redemption 6/29/79. The name was changed to ADV Fund Inc. 7/2/79. The ADV Fund Inc. name changed to WPG Growth & Income Fund Inc. on 4/16/85 which is managed by the famous firm of WEISS, PECK & GREER.
