This is a good clean alligator wrench with a screwdriver / hoof cleaner at the opposite end. The wrench is marked "ALLIGATOR WRENCH PAT. AUG. 3 18.." and has a "AR" inside a horseshoe logo. This wrench is in good condition, made of cast steel.
