These are a great set of Air Force Cufflinks. They are Blue, Red and Yellow enamel on brass. They measure about 1' wide and tall. They are in very good vintage condition. Established in Japan after World War II in 1948, the wing flew combat missions throughout the Korean War. Redesignated the 8th Tactical Fighter Wing in 1958, it remained in Japan until 1964. After a year in California, it moved to Southeast Asia, where its F-4 Phantom II crews earned the nicknames "MiG killers" and "bridge busters". In 1974 the wing relocated to Kunsan AB, South Korea, where it was redesignated the 8th Fighter Wing in 1992. ∆ Condition: Because these are vintage and pre-worn they are not considered new from the factory,please see photos for any wear or there may be light surface scratches that don’t show up unless you hold them to the light. ) .Sold as is and priced accordingly.. cl N4
