Vintage pair of shoes. The person where I bought them from told me that they are original Afghan wedding shoes. Maybe from around 1960, when many hippies used to go there. They are hand made with leather soles and the rest is also leather, embroidered with gold thread. They are to big for me, I have size 38/9, and too small for someone who has size 44 [10 in the UK]. I think that they are size 8 which is also printed in the leather a few times, allthough I do not know or that is a UK 8 or a USA 8 or a Afghan 8. Anyway, I think that they are for a man, or for a woman with very big feet. They are not new, but in a very good condition and someone put a lot of job in it, embroidering it. The soles are 27.7 centimeter [10.9 inches] long. Weight is 803 gram [28 ounces].
