This tape measure is usable, but the great thin about this is the condition of the graphic. The The surface is in very good condition with few to no scratches or scuffs. It is advertising for the Sat Bank of Speingfiels,Minnesota. I believe this is from the 40's or 50's. The tape measure spring is weak and will not take the tape in the rest of the way. It measures approx. 1 1/2" across and is approx. 3/8" thick. The fee quoted is for first class/NO insurance shipping.
