This is an ironstone paneled cup and saucer made by Adams, England in the Calyx Ware line in a pretty seafoam green color with a paneled shape and a black transferware border pattern with hand applied gold accents. The cup measures 2.25 inches high, and the saucer is 5.26 inches in diameter. The cup and saucer are in very good +++ condition with no chips, cracks or gold wear. There is some crazing but Calyx Ware from the 1930s shows this normally. A very pretty pattern.
