This is a lovely flat server in the elusive ABBOTTSFORD pattern originated by the Simpson Hall MIller Co - late 19th century - now International Silver Co. The large monogram is an Old English "R". It has lovely fluting in the blade. It is a wonderful heavy pie/ pastry server. We also have a nice set of 12 teaspoons in the pattern. We welcome questions about this piece as well as our extensive collection of Victorian silver .
