A Very Important English Exhibition/Museum Quality Table.

Unavailable
A Very Important English Exhibition/Museum Quality Table. Profusely inlaid with naturalistic forms, on a twin pedestal base. Finely carved with Putti figures, one clutching a Cornucopia, the other Putti clutching a Dragon. This may suggest that this outstanding table was commissioned for a Welsh family. In the manner of William Cookes of Warwick, England. This table is of the finest quality. Many elements of furniture making are shown in its construction those being inlay work, carving, and design each of these elements is executed to the very highest of standards, this is why we feel that this table is of Exhibition or Museum Quality. Circa 1850
