A Rare Set of Six Antique George V English Sterling Silver and Enamel Napkin Rings/Clips

These six sterling silver napkin rings have a clip style form. Each ring has a unique handpainted enamel image to the terminal depicting either flora or fauna. The enamel images depict a cloverleaf. a thistle, a violet flower, a stag's head, a Mallard duck and a pheasant. Each napkin ring sits flush on the table. The napkin rings are individually hallmarked. The set of six rings is fitted to the original hinged leatherette, velvet and satin lined box, which bears the retailer's mark of Winston Bishop, Norwich The napkin rings are an extremely good gauge of silver, very good quality and in excellent condtion. The enamelwork is in perfect condition. The hallmarks to each piece are very clear. The exterior of the leatherette box is in excellent condition, although the interior shows some discolouration.
