A german cuirasseur close helmet probably Brunswick circa 1620 ; Two-piece forged skull with slim, turned under comb. The neck with a riveted, iron plume socket with grooved ornamentation. Pivoted visor with peak and finely ridged clasps. The bevor with round piercings for hearing on the side. The two hook of closure missed. Continuous original iron rivets , two missed . Height 30 cm. Beautiful helmet in good original condition without any restoration . With expert appraisal .
