This 8-piece cast brass plated desk set was made by Jennings Brothers. The set consists of desk pad, blotter, letter holder, clip, ink well, stamp box, pen tray and letter opener. The desk pad is worn. The cast corners can be easily removed and applied to a new pad of any size. The blotter measures 5.5" long. The letter holder measures 6.75" long and 4" tall. The clip measures 3.75" long by 2.5" wide. The ink well measures 3" X 4" wide and is missing its glass insert. The stamp box measures 3.5" by 2". The pen tray measures 2.75" X 9.5". The letter opener measures 9" long. The delicate looking cast design is classically inspired, displaying rosettes, bellflowers and garlands. The plating is in excellent condition with only very minor loss on the bottom underside of the pen tray. Each piece is quite heavy and beautifully executed. What a treat to obtain a complete desk set of this quality.
