6 1/2" Chinese Plate from the mid 1800's

This small Chinese plate is in excellent condition for it's age. It is from the early to mid 1800's. There are some pock marks on the front and the back has some rough spots around inside the perimeter of the ring. The plate is marked with Chinese characters in the center of the back. I do not know what it says. HTML>
