Gorgeous hand painted oval serving platter - Made by Paragon china, by appointment, souvenir to commemorate the birth of the Princess Margaret Rose, Aug 21st 1930 England, F 2143, PR No. 744170 - Love the colorful decorations with two tiny yellow parrots and the glorious rose - The plate has scalloped edge, beautiful raised pattern closed handles and accented with gold - Very good condition - Free of damage but for some surface scratches - Measures about 10 1/4" x 8.5" wide -
