Description: Watercolor on paper, framed (no glass). Signed lower right corner: "A.C. Tubbs". Dimensions: Paper: 10 1/2 x 8 1/2in. Frame: 12 x 10in. Weight: 1lb. (Box F) Condition: Loose. Slight darkening to paper throughout, particularly along edges. Corners of paper have been trimmed to fit frame dimensions. One pin-hole sized area of loss to paper in lower right corner. Light surface soiling throughout. Otherwise, very good condition overall. Artist's Biography:
