This is a beautiful polychrome Chinese pattern by Ashworth Brothers of Hanley, Staffordshire, England. The plate is banded in gold with red flowers and gold leaves. The center is a Chinese garden scene with three ladies. It is in excellent condition and hallmarked on the back with the Ashworth crown and laurel mark and and incised mark. Great addition for the collector of fine Staffordshire plates.
