Here's a nice old kitchen collectable- an early cheese drainer. It has an iron hook for hanging. It is slightly bowed but doesn't affect use. The patina is warm. The center is lighter but from cheese sitting on it and draining. A wheel of cheese would be placed in center and the whey would drain. There is a slight split due to shrinkage of of wood as this is a one board drainer. If you like early treenware, this cheese drainer is quick nice.
