This is a collectable Sterling Silver Mother's Day plate that was made by the Lincoln Mint in 1972.  On the front and back of the piece, you can see a collie with her three puppies.  The plate still has an incredible shine and comes with the original case and box.  Both the box and the case are originals that came with the plate.  The plate has a marking that clearly says 1972 by the Lincoln Mint, Mother's Day, Sterling, and the numbers 08035.  On the front of the plate, underneath one of the dogs, 1972 is also visibly marked.  The plate has some minimal signs of wear that is typical of it's age.  The carrying case says 1972 Annual Mother's Day Plate The Lincoln Mint.  The case is made of red fabric and is covered in plastic on the inside.  There is also a Styrofoam paper on the inside of the case.  The case is in perfect shape.  The box that holds everything together, also includes a paper that says 1972 Annual Mother's Day Plate The Lincoln Mint.  There is some sign of tape that was on the box along with the letter S.   The S was drawn on with a Pen.
