This tres chic retro looking dress by Stephan Casual of 7th Avenue, New York is new with its original tags. Marked a size 16, this hot little number features a pumpkin and black "bubble" dot design and comes with a wide sash belt. On seam front pockets, long sleeves with wide cuffs, back zipper and hook and eye closure, marked 80% acetate, 20% nylon.
