This great vintage soft cover cookbook is 250 SUPBERB PIES and PASTRIES. It's 48 pages are filled with wonderful recipes. The cookbook from the CULINARY ARTS INSTITUTE was edited by Ruth Berolzheimer. It was published 1950. It is in very good shape for it's age. There are no tears or rips. The softback cookbook features: Pastry Making, Pastries and Meringues, Fruit and Berry Pies, Cream and Custard Pies, Chiffon Pies, Miscellaneous Pies, Tarts and Cream Puffs and Fancy Pastries. The book is filled with great instructions, tasty recipes and black and white photos.
