Reflecting the romance and homespun sweetness of the war years, this is a pretty little image of a sweet sixteen party where contented guests watch as a lovely lassie blows out the candles on her pink cake and is kissed on the neck by her uniformed beau. All her various guests are thrilled to be present and each raises a glass of refreshing ice cold Coca-Cola to the birthday girls health.
