Film views of the fair seen by turning the little white Bakelite knob on top of the black & dark red Bakelite viewer. Fair Views No.11 film is in the viewer. Fair Views No.2 still in the original box along with a paper scroll with lots of info about films available, etc. The box is colorful showing various scenes at the fair in bright orange, blue & creme. The Bakelite viewer has a raised circle with "Pat. No. 1999133 U.S.A." in it. The measurement is of the viewer only.
