Elegantly Chic Couples gather at a plush, posh Penthouse Terrace in the middle of sapphire shaded magnificent Midnight Manhattan to look heavenwards and enjoy the fabulous new array of Arrow Collar shirts and handkerchiefs. Unknown artist has created a dazzling image with sophistication wit and glamour- it's a sultry summer evening with our dapper city denizens dressed in evening attire- note the strapless zebra-striped frock of the charming blonde and the white dinner jackets of the gents.
