1930's Grandmother's Flower Garden Quilt

This is a marvelous Grandmother's Flower Garden pattern quilt. It is very large as it measures 80 x 116". The 1 3/4" hexagons that were used in the pattern are from old feedsack fabrics. They are on a yellow background. It has a cotton batting. The backing is a calico fabric in gold, orange, blue, brown and navy with a border of a pale yellow fabric. The hexagons are all hand pieced and hand quilted with 8 to 10 stitches per inch. It is in excellent condition with no stains or tears.
