Absolutely Superb Original Vintage Deco Ad taken from the pages of a March, 1930 issue of Illustrated London News Magazine. Automotive style reached it's zenith during the Art Deco period when each model that rolled down the roadway was the epitome of sleek moderne sophistry. Bold color graphic features a charming pair of London flappers arriving in grand style at a matinee in their new Morris Isis Six two-toned Copenhagen and marine blue Club Coupe- note the draped hipped scarlet ensemble of the flapper with her stylish back to the viewer and her equally charming compatriot sports an almond green ensemble enlivened by a melon shaded cloche. This ad is the British equivalent of the images done for the new Cadillac La Salle, Packard and Dusenbergs of American fame. Beautiful bright palette- even the doorman sports deep purple enhances the glittering glamour of this magnificent Deco ad.
