1923 Pocket Ledger on cost of house

This is a pocket ledger filled out in 1923 with the entries having to do with the cost of building a new house in Eau Claire Wi.. It is fascinateing.!!!!! Just compare with the prices of today!!!. The ledger measures 6 3/16" tall by 3 3/4" wide by 3/4" deep. I see no damage, no torn pages, no bad soiling etc with the exception of some water damage to the back cover. Happy Collecting!!!
