1920's Cherry Blossoms Serving Tray
1920's Cherry Blossoms Serving Tray. The glare in the picture covers the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval. It reads "Tested and Approved by the Good Housekeeping Bureau of Foods, Sanitation and Health Conducted by Good Housekeeping Magazine @1914." This is an unusual older tray in good condition. There are some minor surface scratches, knicks, and rust spots mostly on the blue background. The bottle itself is in very good shape with only a superficial scratch on it. The rim does have wear, mostly on the two side edges. The rust spots mainly appear along the rectangular indention in the blue background that is inset in the tray. The tray's back is black and shows normal tray wear and scrapes. Despite the way this sounds, this is a great tray and getting harder and harder to find. I am picky and would rather give you all the details up front.
