Here's a neat old almanac from G. G. Green's who made August Flower and German Syrup, both medicines. There's a neat image of Uncle Sam reading the almanac while some men from other countries look on. The back shows children climbing a "greasy pole" to get to the medicines with the comment "A prize worth any effort." There are 32 pages. Condition is good with slight edge wear and a crease on the back cover. It doesn't look used at all. If you are a collector of old almanacs, medicine-related items, or Uncle Sam related items, this is nice.
